Is this hose a 5/8” wide hose or 1/2”? I bought one here last month and it was a 1/2” hose I’m not pleased with!,
I received this same hose a couple of days ago. It definitely restricts flow. My wife likes it because it is so light. I find it aggravating because of the pressure loss.
This looked like the one advertised as being tougher than steel - but this sure isn’t. I have pushed maybe 100 gallons through it and kept it out of the sun (per the directions for use) and it already sprung a leak! The on/off valve was nice until the brass looking valve control fell off in my rock front yard, Somewhere!
So it’s a nice, fun, expanding hose - costing about 39 cents a gallon to operate!
Sorry, but we were unable to find that dimension.
Expandable hoses are generally advertised by length and standard 3/4-inch garden hose connector size. The actual inner tube diameter is not usually advertised by manufacturers. This hose fits standard U.S. garden hose faucets and nozzles.
