I had the step-up version of this. The coffee maker is just fine. the K-Cup side was terrible. I would estimate 1/4 of the grounds in the K-Cup ended up in my coffee cup. I like strong coffee and will drink the bottom of a pot with a few stray grounds, but the K-Cup brewer was only good if you didn’t mind either straining or chewing your coffee.
