This item is defective, when fully assembled the weight of the tiers make the bottom “cubby hole” top collapse inward, and causing the whole thing to be both unstable and unsafe for a pet

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
