I just tried to grind my first beans, and the clear container holding the beans spins relative to the bottom of the unit and nothing gets ground. I can hold it steady and it grinds, but the YouTube video from the manufacturer shows this shouldn’t be necessary.
Hi there. Check the area for any loose packing material that would keep it from making a tight seal?
