Ugh. This is the SECOND Fire tablet I’ve gotten from Woot that WON’T take a charge!!

Not the cables it came with. Not any other cables. Just Two Trashed Tablets. Ugh.

Hi there. If you haven’t already done so please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

Hi there. make sure you’ve giving it a good long first charge. Batteries are often shipped drained for safety.

I’m a compulsive Wooter, and this tablet wasn’t very expensive, so I’m happy to suck it up.

I’ve been endlessly impressed with the impeccable service from the Woot! Team.
