These run small, and since they are less than $20 Woot doesn’t “have” to accept a return(fortunately their excellent customer service took care of things anyway).
Not exactly right. We ask that you contact us directly for items under $20 rather than doing a self return. 
I’ll split the difference with you, you cannot do a self return on anything under $20, so “asking” you not to do something you can’t actually do isn’t exactly correct. But as usual Woot took care of things.
