I opened my 2017 this morning and discovered it no longer supported the Amazon shopping app?!?!

Cortex A72 is not speed demon but definetely faster than many budget Tablets out there. This Tab is better than latest Fire HD 7/8 in terms of perfomance.
The two I bought are not charging nor turning on

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Hi there. Sorry about that. Make sure you give them a full overnight charge. Also, try a different wall adapter.
One has charged fully but one is still at 4%since 4hrs
Go ahead and give it at least 8-10 hours of charging. If no luck after that, reach out to CS as noted above.
Ok I will, he main issue is that the charging icon doesn’t show in second one. It connects and disconnects charging immediately. I guess the port is loosing contact. I will keep charging as you said till morning. Now it has been plugged and has gone from 4% to 0% and went off
