(NEW) Samsung 75" Class Neo QLED QN90A Series (2021)

Hi! This is my first time using Woot. I’m looking at the Samsung QN90A (only a few days left) for $1899 and it’s listed as “New”. Is this truly “New” or is there some catch here. The model is cheaper here than everywhere else and regular Amazon has refurbished selling for this same amount. Just curious if this could be gently used but claimed new.

If it says new, then it’s new.

Hi there, the below is a link to the Woot item condition glossary.

(Please Note: I’m not employed by Woot, but I volunteer to help in the forums.)

So based on that glossary, is this like a never opened “New”. The closest thing I see is “New Open Box” in that glossary but not a specific category for “New”. Or are the two interchangeable?

No.
New means new.

New open box is a returned item. This is not a new open box item.

That’s the refurb glossary. I posted it to show the difference.

I appreciate the explanation. Thanks a ton!

Anytime.

On a side note, if it would arrive damaged or if something isn’t right the Customer Service here is great. Plus this one comes with a manufacturer warranty.

I’m not saying anything will go wrong, but you’re covered if it does.

I really want to buy this TV but am concerned if something is wrong with it and it needs to be returned due to the size of the TV. Does anyone know the actual return process? Would Woot arrange for an exchange…pick up the defective and replace with a new one?
