Pen was broken not refurbished when I got it.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Does anyone know if this will work with the surface tablet? The wife got the Surface 3 tablet here the other day and this might be a nice gift for her if it will work for her.
I think this is what you want:
I got this when it was 30 bucks or so a year ago on woot after about 6 months it kept stopping to work after 30 seconds of inking no matter what. Even with a brand new battery. It was marketed as brand new and then it turned out to be refurbished so they didn’t lower the price after that but probably the least satisfied I’ve ever been with a woot product.
Should have returned it I can’t remember why I didn’t I might have just forgot.
All in all, woot customer service has been good for me so I don’t mean to be a malcontent but this did not work out for me.
I would probably look at a refurbished surface pen from a few generations later, the one that came in Poppy red or ice blue.
Or a third party solution.
