People are prepping for 3 to 4 months from now. Pelonis a trademark of Midea has developed a good reputation. Registered in USA but like almost all items in this category, Made in China. The design with tip over protection and ceramic elements and 4/5 stars on Amazon, appears to hit all the essentials.
As with all space heaters, please be careful do not place anywhere close to bedding or curtains. Seems obvious perhaps, but my neighbors when I lived in a ghetto during school, nearly burned down their home that way. Too poor to move, we suffered for 2 weeks with acrid smoke in our rooms. Not good times…
