I just came here to express my surprise at the “newness” of s10+ and the shocking price… I had one but seriously why would someone buy a 4 year old phone for this price? Not being snarky or sarcastic, just trying to understand from those who are patient enough to explain
The 1TB size + SD Card Expansion + Head phone jack make it desirable to some. That being said I just sold my S10 and replaced it with and S22, so I’m not in that crowd, haha.

The MSRP, when released, was indeed $1449.
However, this is a super cool phone when compared to current phones at the $449 price range. Still gets Android 12 and it has a white CERAMIC back.
I love ceramic on phones, feel so cool (in a literal sense).
