Can’t believe they charged 69$, let alone 23$ for this piece of junk. Only worked when plugged in to charger. I guess I should by a portable electrical outlet next so I can enjoy this waste of impulsive decision.

Absolutely junk, no instructions but tried every button and will not connect. Gets blue light when charging but nothing!
Hi there. As with all electronics, make sure you give it a good long charge before trying to use. Most batteries are shipped drained for safety. If still no luck, reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
