Will these come packaged as new?
Refurbished items typically ship in plain brown or white boxes. They will not be retail boxed.
I bought these as refurbs from eBay a year ago and they came in a cardboard box. I love mine and use them daily. No regerts.
How is the battery life? Is it like new (8 hours with ANC)?
The batteries are checked as part of the refurbishing.

These are very comfortable and great-sounding buds. I got a refurb set from eBay and the battery in the Left bud would not hold a charge at all - a known issue with a lot of the new units. The second set was perfect. I think the companion app is overly complex, but you won’t regret the purchase. I had Galaxy Buds Pro and Jabra 85s, the Sony’s are a whole cut above.
