From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

nah, I mean I do have complaints now and then. But unless it’s egregious I’m usually fine w/ what I get. Functionally it works and honestly I don’t care that it’s the wrong color. I’m not mad, I just thought it was funny. Nice of you to offer but I’m happy nonetheless.
