Bought here 10/5, arrived 10/11. Been using it on nightstand to charge iPhone overnight and suddenly last night (11/21) it died. As it’s beyond the woot 30 day return window I submitted an RMA with Skullcandy via their website.
I wouldn’t normally complain but manufacturer directs you to mail it in at your expense for a replacement via RMA. Postage alone runs $4-8 to return a $10 item.
That’s actually pretty much the norm for warranties and has been for many years.
