Is the software Windows home or pro? There are 2 different versions of surface book 3.

The title says “Nvidia GTX 1650 Graphics,” and the specifications state “Graphics: GTX 1660 Ti.” Which one is it?
Hello. GTX 1660 Ti is correct.
So people are aware, I got one and it arrived today. It’s the French Canadian version and while the English language pack can be downloaded once connected to the internet, the OS updates are in French and a closer look at the physical keyboard shows French language printed on it on some keys, like the FN keys. There’s no indication on the box that it’s a foreign version, nor do I see any indication on the woot description that it is.
