Does anyone know if the protection plan is valid since this is a refurbished item? Little confused if it’s the right plan as well. When you click the link it takes you to a Asurion portable electronics plan, but Asurion has a laptop plan as well?
Hi there. Yes, the Asurion plan is available as long as the item isn’t Scratch-n-Dent or Open Box.
The Asurion group told us to put them under Portable Electronics.
