We bought this model 3 years ago for $522 from Amazon. It was a bit of a chore to assemble but it can be done with basic tools. The instructions were fine. It is a sturdy heavy item. For this price you can’t go wrong. We have smoked a couple of turkeys and we have smoked pork loin. It works as advertised.
The only thing that has been a problem is that the GFI circuit trips too easily and I am not sure why. I replaced the GFI outlet once and that worked for about a year. I am planning on doing that again. I can’t really blame the smoker grill for that.
I’m no electrician but maybe get someone to check the breaker at the breaker box?
