Where is the solar panel located on the unit or is it a sperate panel?

From the pictures provided, the solar panel is not located on the radio’s top panel. According to what i found online the solar panel is separate. So either the pictures provided are not the correct item or the description is not for this item. Can you please clarify?
We checked with the vendor. It is indeed a separate panel.
