Just received the headset today.
Is there a reason the headset power turns off when I plug in the 3.5 aux into my Xbox controller? No volume controls nor chat mic. Can’t seem to find an answer.

I’ve ordered & Paid for this (JBL Quantum 600 Wireless), instead we received JBL Quantum 300.
Quantum 300 is not even wireless, it’s cheaper, and it just ruined the birthday gift we had for a Wireless Headset.
What can I do now when I dont even have that debit card to have the refund at it?? We got photo evidence of everything and you can check your packaging/shipping etc, we received a Quantum 300 non-Wireless, yet paid for Quantum 600 Wireless.
This is not fair and its sort of scamming & misleading 
it ruined the birthday surprise.
i e-mailed support, but not sure how and who can help us, its the first time I’m ordering from Woot and depending on how support handle it, it might be the last time ever.
