Drop down sizing is bit different than description detail:
Sizing:
Medium–Large: 35”–40” waist
XL–2XL: 41”–48” waist
Anyone have way to clarify?
FYI TMI 
Seems there would be more to sizing than just waist measurement—I’m looking at it for support due to degenerative spine overall, but mostly from overuse+trauma injuries over decades: R shoulder, scapular & rib fx, rotator cuff & a/c separation.
(just not certain I could get apparatus ON, especially if sizing isn’t adaptive)
