Ok who else got woot suckered into buying these? Mine won’t charge, won’t pair, won’t anything. This junk woot is selling lately is getting worse. I can’t find the manufacturer info to even ask them about it. Major fail.
Hi there. Make sure you give it a full overnight charge for the first charge. Items shipped with batteries drained for safety.
If still no luck, Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.
