Can this be used as a regular computer monitor?
I guess but it’s got a pretty slow response time.

These are generally used for rotating digital advertisements, menu boards, etc. for content that doesn’t change frequently and where screen refresh rate or transition lag isn’t that big of an issue…
Essentially a smaller (relative) digital billboard.
I wouldn’t recommend using it for a computer monitor unless you take the potential limitations into consideration.
