Ordered two of these. Received a completely different item (Futurizta Pixy Go 10000 mah battery bank).
The Amazon receipt and the internal bag each item was in all say Futurizta Tech Flexhub Orbit 360 Wireless Charging Dock.
I have emailed support as well with details. Just FYI in case anyone else had the same issue as me.
I have the same issue except they sent me some kind of gasket for a thing I never ordered for.
Now I’m waiting on customer service to see what’s the next step because I want the item but if not just give me my money back.

Yep, this is exactly what I received. Still waiting on a reply back from Support to see what they want me to do here…
Customer Service offered to re-send the correct item… Which arrived today and, yet again, was still the same wrong item (Futurizta Pixy Go 10000 mah battery bank).

Unfortunately, no. The Amazon warehouse near you has messed up inventory. Probably best to ask for a refund.
