Does anyone have experience with this brand? Are these high quality? Hopefully there is no BPA and phthalates in the vacuum liner.

No lids. Come as shown. 
These are stainless steel, I don’t see why there would be a plastic liner.
Got 4 for $20 like these on Amazon a while back. Worth looking into.
