Bought this. Received and it’s not working right. The engine hesitated. Water spray was intermittent and very weak when working, much lower than my old 1200 PSI Karcher unit. Contacted WOOT Customer Service 6 days ago and still no response. Please help!

Additionally, it looks like this has a 2 Yr Snow Joe warranty. I’d also recommend reaching out to them; they may have further insight.
