Adele Dazeem?!?
That is frickin’ hilarous, man!
Hey wing feather,
This design is visually astounding. But can you explain it for me? Wouldn’t Claudius be the lying king? And is Ham-letting go of his life, or his grudge against his creepy uncle’s sins? Maybe that’s why this work is so intriguing to me; it’s open to interpretation.
This whole comments thing is so confusing now. I didn’t see your message until just now.
Thank you!
Thanks, BignellArt!
Hamlet was also a lying king, feigning madness and all (but Claudius fits, as well).
Hamlet had a number of things he needed to “let go”, though I also pictured Adele Dazeem as Ophelia, breaking out into song after the death of her father, Polonius. There are, as you say, lots of interpretations
Thanks for that WF. Now I’m remembering why Halmet was saved for Sr year. The depth and infinite possibilities for interpretation. Though I maintain he was never a king; you’ve won me over. +1
