2 day shipping but ups eta is in 9 days

I don’t understand the shipping from woot. I ordered something couple days ago. It says I would recieve 2 weeks after I ordered it. :open_mouth:. So I contacted support and was informed oh you was charged but it turns out we ran out of the item so you will be refunded… :thinking:. Why charge me if the item is sold out??? I really wanted the item. But yesterday i get email from woot saying “Woot here. We’re contacting because we have encountered a delay in getting your recent Woot purchase processed and shipped. We’re very sorry!” Now I’m really confused… the purchase was already processed and taken out of my bank account so wahhh??? I love using woot but I might just stay away after this and just use amazon…
