Why does the otter, beaver, or squirrel looking animal have no arms?
It preemptively saves ruthless beasts the trouble of removing the appendages.

Like the design and our dog loved chewing on it with the bottle inside. Not durable, it took her about 10 minutes to rip it open and get the bottle out.
