Did a quick Google Shopping search. Looks like Groupon has the same for $24.99 free shipping. I can’t Groupon shop at work so I can’t verify. Anyway, if it’s true, then the price is the same as Woot!
Product photos show it mounted to gutter or on a right angle attached to a fence post. Do these lights come with both mounting hardware? I assume they do.
Was wondering too if these will attach nicely to cheap plastic guttering.
Although they do not correlate exactly, 30 lumens from an LED source is equivilent to a 60 watt incandesent bulb. Not sure where you got your 450/40 info.

Perhaps pictures of what they looked like at night would be more useful.
I agree with sva, lumens are most definitely a universal measurement and highly useful when comparing individual lamps across incandescent, CFL, and LED options. 30 lumens is not a lot of light. Definitely not suitable for a security light position at my house but depending on your opinion these could definitely serve for accent lighting.
