The street price for a band new one, with Apple 1-year warranty, is regularly $399. (Including now at Woot mother Amazon.)
Who wouldn’t pay +$22 to get a brand new one?
If you cannot specifically identify a reason you need 256GB of storage (most average users do not)… the regular street price for a brand new iPad 9 with 64GB storage is $250.
