Hello are these refurbished certified by apple or a third party ?
Hi there, the below is a link to the Woot item condition glossary.
(Please Note: I’m not employed by Woot, but I volunteer to help in the forums.)
I received the computer that I ordered as a gift. Despite the listing saying it included:
- Apple 24" iMac M1 8x8 Core (2021)
- Magic Keyboard with Touch ID
- Magic Mouse
- 143W power adapter with Ethernet port
- Power cord (2 m)
- USB-C to Lightning Cable
It did not come with the following:
- Magic Keyboard with Touch ID
- Magic Mouse
- 143W power adapter with Ethernet port
- Power cord (2 m)
It came with a cheap/generic/non-Apple keyboard and mouse (both black) and not the one to match the BLUE iMac I purchased. I am seeking a refund for the cost to replace these items.
Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.
Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.
Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS, not Woot.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
I also received a generic black used keyboard and mouse. I order the purple one, it came in double brown boxes with layers of bubble wrapped. The worse part is upon getting the desktop out of the wrapper I saw that an entire corner is shattered. Witt so much bubble wrapped I can only assume that it happened before it was wrapped. I know bad things can happen, but it’s annoying to have to wait for an email response, I should be able to chat with someone and get this handled immediately.
I also received generic keyboard and mouse. What is the process for refund or to possibly receive the listed keyboard and mouse
Hello. We’re checking with the vendor. In the meantime, reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Same as everyone else. I received a generic black keyboard and mouse. Did not receive the usb c to lightning cable either. I already emailed customer service.
Also in the same boat with generic keyboard. I got no mouse or USB-C to Lightning cable. If anyone else gets a resolution from this, please post. I’ve contacted customer service.
Same here. Generic keyboard and mouse
Seems this is the official position:
“Woot here. We messed up and advertised your 2021 Apple 24” iMac M1 8x8 Core as including an Apple Magic Keyboard w/Touch ID and Apple Magic Mouse, but it actually comes with a generic keyboard and mouse. Sorry about that! If this is OK with you, great! Nothing else to do on your end and we hope you enjoy your item. If this is a deal-breaker, please let us know and we can assist with a return for a full refund. For return requests or further questions, we can be reached via email at support@woot.com or by going through the Customer Service Support form on the website. Once again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.
Woot"
You misrepresented and thats the best you can do for wasting everyones time & money? You cannot be trusted at all.
They are in the business of making money.
So deceptive. I received the computer that I ordered as a gift. Despite the listing saying it included:

I bet they’re making a fortune paying for return shipping and how many people won’t buy from them again. Great business model.
Did you order the 256GB or 512GB version?
I only bought because the listing said factory refurbished and based on your description it was a good deal. How did ya’ll mess this up. I got a color i didn’t order with generic accessories and the wrong power adaptor. A partial refund is really just a start. That doesn’t change the fact that these were not Factory refurbished.
