I ordered 5 of these. 3 in this size. Two of the 21" had broken glass. One severely broken. Packaging was terrible and no wonder they broke. Customer service offer no help other than return (hassle for me) and refund. I had to go on Amazon and find replacement for substantially more $. Woot could have sourced replacements for me. Worthless Customer Service for a top tier buyer.
