Just received the order that was supposed to be the UK version.
It’s not.
There were made in Germany, so really close to the US recipe.
Did you get the UK or the German made KitKats?
I haven’t got mine yet. It doesn’t matter to me. I’ll eat whatever they send.

Tried them, but have never had the UK version to compare.
Can say they seem creamier (not as much snap to it) but have less of a cocoa flavor than even the Hershey’s version, not the deeper cocoa/less sugar that other’s have described as unique to the UK (OEM) version.
Also just read there is a legal thing Hershey filed (& got) a few years back to prevent UK KitKats from entering the US market. Seems people prefer the UK version.

Still really bummed, tho.
So I didn’t buy any more dark chocolate Kit Kats, but as I posted on the other forum, when I walk into my local Walmart on a whim and these are sitting up front for $0.10 apiece because they’re best by date is this Friday, I’m not going to pass them up. That’s $60 worth of product for $2.40. Like I told the others I can put them in cryosleep before this Friday and get to them when I get to them.
