I feel like i should have a carbon fiber in my toolbox but i’m not sure what I’m supposed to do with it.

It doesn’t matter what you’d do with them.
If you don’t get these now, you’ll wish you did someday (maybe).
You’ll be saying to yourself “Self, why didn’t I buy those wonderful CF Rods?”
