Is their a size chart or are these fairly true to size?

Just got mine, and, well…they’re really thin material. Just a warning to anyone who wants these in colder climates…they’re most just going to be good for indoors use. Thinner than normal sweats even.
They are thick and seem like they run on the smaller side. They will be good for cold days I think but a little itchy.
