This product was ordered Dec 4th and paid for. Estimated shipping day was today, December 18th. Status still says “Preparing for Shipping”. When contacted Woot customer service I was told it might have been cancelled. Also maybe to wait 2 more days to find out.
I never cancelled this and am expecting it as a Christmas present for my mother. Anyone out there able to help? Waiting seems a little silly…
I did a quick bit of research and it appears the vendor may have stood us up. I’ll follow up more with CS tomorrow.
