Was not a great deal. Open box is there way of saying refurbished by them.
Received a device with logic board and battery issues. Within a month of use it was a dud.
( kernal panics , random restarts , died and never came back one day so to the apple store we went)
Would have cost me $899 to repair per apples flat rate price quote. I paid 680+ plus for this of course im not investing more into it. Thus it was sent back to woot…
Hi there. Sorry for the problem with the Mac. Woot does not refurbish items. Open Box items are returns that are tested or photo samples. Looks like we needed to do a better job on the testing.
