Great design but I’d have to agree, I’ve been researching and I can’t find the connection! @krisren28 I am going to have to reject unless you can you provide the connection to a work published in 1923?
I am not confident that I haven’t missed something…but from what I can find the movie was released in 1927 and the book in 1925.
I suspect the design was inspired by the title of this 1923 image https://www.moma.org/collection/works/83984
…but I don’t know how specific to the 1923 piece an entry has to be to comply with the rules.
I spoke with the artist and it wasn’t inspired by that but I would have accepted if I hadn’t already rejected it
