You’re going to have to post a link to that deal. The one I am seeing is 14ft, not 22 and is out of stock/no longer available.
The Home Depot Gorilla ladder comparable Seems to be over $200.

$179.99 for the 26-foot ladder, " 26 ft. Reach MPX Aluminum Multi-Position Ladder with Wheels."
As far as I can tell, the 22’ HD ladder isn’t available for delivery and it’s available in very few stores. YMMV.
No big deal (I’m not buying one anyway) but our local Home Depot (and a few in nearby towns) indicates that it has both the Little Giant and the Gorilla 22’ ladders in stock.
