Did anyone else receive fewer items than you ordered?

Thanks for the response. I emailed customer support before I left a message here. I’ve noticed a pattern of missing items in recent orders. I hope it doesn’t continue.
So… Customer service did respond. However, they didn’t offer a refund equal to the value of the missing items. How does that work exactly? I responded with the correct value of the missing items, what I paid, and received no response.
