And the other cable that plugs into the 3.5 Jack is for being able to talk without having to touch your phone. It has some type of capability with a button on it. Of course Apple specific

@notmatty Ok thanks . Is there any possible way that you can help me find them so I can order the two cables / charging cords that were supposed to come with my Beats Solo 3 headphones. I’ve not had success I’ve even gone to the actual Apple website but they’re not on there. The 3.5 cable and the micro USB . TIA

WTF I don’t understand I buy a product that is supposed to be new and it is used and it comes with no instruction no packing slip what is going this is continuously happening people and I know about contacting customer service customer, but service cannot see pictures and I don’t want to submit a email without proof.
I mean I received a surround sound speaker with a green sticker saying inspected by J and the sticker was over a hole in the box well was that sticker put over that whole intentionally,?? It wasn’t inspected the speaker was damaged but It was past the return date so…
- Beyond the box being a bit smushed from shipping, it looks new to me.
- I don’t recall any of my last dozen USB cables to have included instructions. I mean, it’s a cable.
- I don’t always get a packing slip either. Honestly, I’d rather they not bother with such as I can see what I’ve ordered. The slips go into the recycle bin.

Not that I really need another cheap velour storage baggie, but yet again, woot description doesn’t match the product.
Thank you for your input and Its not even the same product I failed to mention that. And this isn’t just a plain USB cord either but I did receive a response from customer service and there are no replacements available. I know WOOT does it’s best and there are a lot of good things that I do get. I’m just not having the best luck lately is all and I like my packages and directions to be complete when I receive something I don’t think that’s too much to ask for
These do not last, I have had 2 die on me within 2 months. There is a reason for the price.
