I don’t understand this product.
Are you supposed to wrap your Scrunchie over it? Or use it to put your rubberband on your wrist over the bangle, so the rubberband doesn’t cut off your circulation? What the heck IS this thing?
I was trying to figure the same thing out, is it jewelry or a hair tie?
I thought it kept your hair ties from digging into your wrist? 
Seems to be a solution looking for a problem.
It’s to keep your hair elastic from digging into your wrist. They did a study a few years ago, and found that the hair elastics could cause abrasions in the skin and result in infections, so along came this product. I remember seeing the study, but at the time I didn’t wear them on my wrist and my kids weren’t old enough to do it.
