I don’t know who’s packing these at the Amazon warehouse, but they really need to do better, because almost every time they send them out in a “larger than needed box with poor packing” and at least one of the four-packs bounces around until at least one of the cups inevitably comes open & leaks.
Customer service is always great to reimburse me but it’s got to cost Amazon money to keep on reimbursing people because somebody at the warehouse doesn’t know how to package things safely. It’s not your fault Woot but still it’s frustrating.
This seems to be a common occurrence with somebody that likes to package drinks going out to customers poorly, because I’ve had other drinks arrived damaged other than the Boba drinks. Just saying.

Yep, it’s actually insane how frequently food/drink I order from Woot arrives damaged or doesn’t even arrive at all.
No joke probably over 50% of the food/bev orders I’ve placed have had problems of some kind. Even some of the ones that didn’t have problems, I was kinda shocked because the packaging could’ve easily lent itself to them.
