This was the best weird purchase I’ve made this year! I love this tagine pot. I’ve made some great meals out of cast iron but this one does amazing with fish and veggies or keeping cinnamon buns warm after pulling them from the oven and putting the lid on them to stay warm while the ooey gooey icing goes on them and melts in! Great purchase for sure.
