Strangely, I went to my work’s Wifi and everything loaded as normal, and seems to be fine now whether on or off Wifi 
Same, here. From my iPhone. Works fine in my iPad. Even when on the same WiFi. Frustrating.
Using the app? You might try uninstalling and reinstalling.
