So if I want to cover a larger area Iād buy two or more of these? Do I have to run ethernet to them all?
No they can be wireless, wired will guarantee speed is Good but not required.
Your primary Wifi point needs to be connected to a modem with an Ethernet cable (provided). Additional Wifi points do not; they only need to be connected to a power outlet (although they can be connected to each other via Ethernet, if you prefer).
