What is like new mean? I understand limited warranty but is it used, refurbed, return item?? Need more info.

You just have to wonder how “new condition” occurs without the factory warranty. Did Woot buy these out of the back of a panel van somewhere? Will these even get OS updates from Apple?
Warranty has nothing to do with OS updates. Given the patter of the last few years of iOS updates, these should update to the new version of iOS for 5-6 years.
