careful, I am trying to get my the set warrantied that I bought back in Oct '18. this is their response
"We are so sorry that we are not able to locate the order number you provided on Amazon backstage.
I found that your headphone was sold by Woot.com, not sold by Cowin.
But we are only responsible for the customers who purchased our products sold by Cowin on Amazon. It is our company policy.
You need to find the corresponding sellers for customer service through other channels.
