I received a 4 pack on 08/19/2019. Here is a copy of my email to Woot:
Wideskall LA-7 2 Prong 3 Outlet UL Certified Swivel Wall Tap - 4 Pack
I ordered this from Woot. I received four in the shipping envelope, no box of 4.
Most important not one outlet has a label, as in the photos posted on Amazon,
and the castings have no marks showing where made, a name and NO UL Certified.
I wonder if these are seconds…and not UL certified.
I do not know if these are safe to use.
P.S. I might expect a product without labels, if I made the
purchased at a junkyard or local garage-sale but not Woot.

So is Woot telling me the problem is with the buyer and/or the vendor?
When you receive a product or when you ship an order does anyone look at the item or items before you toss them in a plastic bag and add the shipping label?
Each outlet should have a label listing Voltage, Amps and any UL info. If you look at the second photo, you will see a label. Note to Woot I have received a credit for this purchase, so I assume you are telling me the product is not safe to use. Last:; the four Outlets were shipped in a thin plastic bag,with no protection.
